Our Pet Policy

• We welcome pets upon approval
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
• Pets may be dogs or cats
• 25-pound weight limit
• Our pet policy does have some breed restrictions. Please contact the office for full details.

Pet Fees

• $300 Non-refundable pet fee
• Monthly rent - $60 for dogs, $30 for cats
