As a pet-friendly communitiy, we proudly allow cats and dogs here. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.
Our Pet Policy
- We welcome pets upon approval
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
- Pets may be dogs or cats
- 25-pound weight limit
- Our pet policy does have some breed restrictions. Please contact the office for full details.
Pet Fees
- $300 Non-refundable pet fee
- Monthly rent - $60 for dogs, $30 for cats
We also offer pet-free apartments as well. For further details on our pet policy, please contact our office staff.
