I have lived at Gateway for several years. It's clean, comfortable, and modern and the office staff and maintenance team is incredible! I love to walk the complex. My teen daughter loves the fitness center. And my young son loves to play on the play ground with the other kids in the complex. It doesn't hurt, either, that Marena always has a treat for him whenever we go visit her in the office!

Gateway of Grand Blanc really feels like home. It's comfy, welcoming, and the folks here are super friendly. The place has everything you need without going over the top – a nice pool, a decent gym, and cozy apartments. Plus, the staff are great and always ready to help out. Glad I moved here!

I love my morning walks seeing all the wildlife that are present throughout the property. I see deer and turkeys almost daily. The office always has an extra water or snack for you if you just feel like stopping. This is overall a great place to live.

Our nearly three years here have been fabulous. Wonderful experience in an apartment between home ownerships. Love the dog park, sense of safety, attentive maintenance, and wonderful office staff. Convenient to highways and shopping. It is definitely worth your time to stop in and check it out.

We have lived here for almost a year, and we absolutely LOVE this complex. The office staff is friendly, the property manager is great at addressing concerns, and maintenance is very timely with repairs. We don’t have any problems with neighbors, and it’s a no smoking community which eliminates concerns and smells of tobacco and marijuana.
